Need Suggestions on Maintaining Rosters...

Greetings! So, in an effort to make things easier for all of you, I had agreed to take it upon myself, last year, to archive all the active rosters. In doing so, I determined that I didn't really have the time I had expected to do so, because not everyone would update in a timely manner, and therefore, I didn't always have the most up-to-date rosters on the site.

That said, I need to emphasize the need for maintaining an archive of all the active rosters, for the sole purpose of resolving disputes, re-running stats - should the need arise, and any other type of issue of that sort. So I guess what I'm looking for here, is suggestions of how we could do this.

Let's think of the suggestions first...logistics can be worked out later as we still have a few weeks before the season begins.
