I would like to introduce an Emminent Domain rule. If an NHL player plays in a FOCH team owner's home city, that FOCH team should get to claim that player from its existing FOCH team by rule of "Emminent Domain". The league would then decide what the claiming team would have give back to the team losing the player.

So please, vote yes on this rule, and then decide what is fair that Ocelots would need to give back to Armada for Eric Staal.

I think I should be able to take Ownership of the trophy until JB can make it back to Boston. My older proposal was 1st 2 picks of each round go to the new guys, with the order rotating. Matt should comment on his proposal, but I believe it has them drafting before the playoff teams and at the end of the round.
